CHAIRMAN - MARK JEFFERS
Team - STAR SAR 
 
Mark has been team founder and manager of STAR since 2007, prior to this Mark had formed a lowland sar team through ALSAR. Mark has extensive pre hospital care experience as well as search and rescue, in his day job he is a staff nurse in accident and emergency for the last 8 years, Mark is nurse lead for major incidents and a CBRNE instructor for his NHS trust.
 
SECRETARY - GARETH NORMAN
 
Gareth is the Team Manager & Emergency Response Officer for Civil Defence Scotland based in Dundee, Scotland. Gareth is a former member of the Royal Naval Reserve and a Coastguard rescue officer.
 
TREASURER - IVOR DAVIES
TEAM - CAVRA
 
Ivor is the founder of CAVRA, and also the operations manager and chairman. A retired coastguard officer with 16 years experience as a auxiliary coastguard/ in charge, 16 years as watch officer at Swansea MRCC, Ivor is kept even busier as he is a member of RAYNET and a first responder team coordinator for Penarth with the Welsh ambulance Service, Ivor has a proven track record of fund raising for his team- £80,000+.
