Mark is the founder and current team manager of STAR SAR based in Cheshire. Mark has extensive pre hospital care and search & rescue experience. In his day job he is a staff nurse in accident and emergency / nurse lead for major incidents and a CBRNE instructor for his NHS trust.

Ivor is the founder of Cardiff And Vale Rescue Association, and also the operations manager and chairman. A retired coastguard officer with 16 years experience as a auxiliary coastguard/ in charge, 16 years as watch officer at Swansea MRCC, Ivor is kept even busier as he is a member of RAYNET and a first responder team coordinator for Penarth with the welsh ambulance service.
